Job Description

Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support
• Gather and build requirement documentation with customer
• Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in customer premises.
• Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated are forwarded to the corresponding department for action.
• Manage issue arise and escalate properly to the corresponding department for action
• Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business. 
Requirements
• Have knowledge in programming (C++, VB Script is preferable)
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability working with minimum supervises
• NDC/DDC message and ATM experience is preferable.

・Have working experience at Bank, ATM or Swich vender( advantage)
