Job Description
<Resposibilities>
-Negotiate with labor union
-Preparation of documents to be submitted to BKPM
-Manage BPJS, Kitas, Visa (Corporate with Various agents )
-Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets calculate bonuses and allowances
-Share information such as amendment to the management team
-Provide warning letters to employees and discuss them

-Good communication skill with labor union
-Ability to speak English above business level
