Job Description
<Resposibilities>
• To plan and perform detailed annual maintenance assesments for each property and report upkeep requirements,
• Make order and follow up for maintenance needs especially for tools, parts, materials and other,
• Order and receive then supervise required materials to assist maintenance activity,
• Make report for downtime machine summary based on monthly basis, collect drawing, manual and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repair or modifications,
• Guiding the maintenance operator to be able to do problem solving accurately and quickly, make improvement for production activity or other,
• Help operators perform maintenance repairs the production machine damage,
• Create schedule for preventive maintenance,
• Trouble shooting electric & mechanic,
• Overhoul machine & data report process.
• Create document like working instruction, check sheet, & standardization for facility / utility machine.
<Requirements>
• At least 2 years working experience in maintenance (electrical and mechanical)
• Able to read mechanical drawing
• Able to communicate in English
