Major Tasks
- Organizes and manages the general administrative work for project site, such as local procurement for site office supplies, pantry services
- Maintains site staff attendance records
- Organizes and manages site car pool (including driver control) / site transportation (including car pool arrangement and driver control)
- Controls and maintains site office assets (office equipment, furniture, site communication equipment, instrument & tools, etc.)
- Coordinates with landlords regarding accommodation and arrangement of transportation for site staff and visitors including payment related matters
- Organizes and coordinates with Bangkok Office regarding VISA, Immigration and Work Permit matters for site staff
- Manages and controls the petty cash, including monthly reporting to Bangkok office
- Managing the medical / dental fee claim report and co-ordinate with Bangkok Office for payment settlement.
- Procures and controls Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), medicines/first aid kits and maintains nurse/ambulance driver attendance record in coordination with HSE team
- Manages and controls site office IT appliances and coordinates with external service providers for internet and telephone system, including computer and e-mail set-up for site staff
- Prepares user manuals for site staff in using internet, telephone, printing, scanning and access to server/shared drive as well as trouble shooting
- Performs secretarial functions as required by the Site Manager (SM)
- Performs any other tasks as delegated or requested by line or project superior
- Establishing a positive relationship with customer / partners / suppliers and subcontractors
