- Responsible to make sure the telemarketing team following the standard service and target performance.
- Responsible create and analysing the agent performance
- Managing, developing and supporting the agent and creating the daily SOP
- Responsible to give a feedback to the agent and making sure that the agent able to achieve the weekly, monthly, quaterly, yearly target.
- Creating the report to management about the agent performance
- Able to deliver the company product to the agent and make sure the agent able to deliver it according to the company goal
- Have 2 years of experience in the team leader position in telemarketing
- Experince in handlig call center agent
