<Resposibilities>
・Management of deadlines for working and staying permission for foreigner.
- Creating a lost of permissions and contact the appropriate person in timely the guidance on extension procedures and revocation procedures.
・Contacting with agent for application management for working and staying.
- Making application form for foreign national employee who is applying and confirm the application.
・Management for foreign employee's working and expense.
- Managing attendance time and reporting as necessary.
・Treatment of employee income tax.
- Collecting latest laws and conditions through website and direct visit. [Not only foreign employee's permission also the laws related company regulation.]
・Collectiong information of legal matters and law by central government and local government.
・Correspondence with accommodation and vehicle arrangement.
<Requirements>
・Ability to speak English business level. [Writing, Speaking and Reading]
・Ability to speak Japanese business level and having JLPTN2.
<Desirable Experiences>
・Working experience in HR Management especially authorization between foreign employee and government for 5 to 10 years.
