<Resposibilities>
1. Establish and maintain Engineering Management System
2. Develop and implement engineering strategies and improvement programs
3. Resource planning
4. Customer Support
5. To supervise and manage Product Engineering
6. To supervise and manage Process Engineering
7. To support and identify key product design and process engineers
<Requirements>
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
• Having working experiences in Plastic Injection Molding
• Having a good Managerial skill, target oriented person
• Systematics type of person and having a good inter personality skill
<Desirable Character>
Good in Technical skill, including in Presentation skill
Good in Leadership skill
