・Discuss about employee's conditions with labor union.
・To maintain statistics employee's salary.
・Review of job description.
・Discussion in Welfare Committee once in a month.
・Optimal placement and strategic recruitment
・Catch up latest labor law.
・Improvement with evaluation system.
・Creating employment regulation once in 2 years.
<Requirements>
・Knowledge of labor law.
・Deeply understanding compliance
・Ability to work with PDCA skill.
・Ability to speak business level English.
・Ability to speak Logically.
・Skills of payroll calculation, management of salary and adjust an account

・Working experience in the company that has factory.
・Working experience in the company that has over 300 employees.
・Working experience with HR Director, GM, AGM
・Experience of discussion with labor union.
