Job Description
<Resposibilities>
• Maintain good and active relationship with clients (Banking and Financial Service)
• Interpreting the clients business needs
• Share and discuss internally with other departments / divisions needed
• In conjunction with the business strategy set by Sales Division Manager, develop business to ensure revenue and profitability with long term successful performance
• Achieve revenue as monthly target
• Draft, negotiate and secure contracts for clients
• Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients
• Manage pre and post contract commercial issues
<Requirements>
- At least 2 year(s) sales experience
- Have excellent skill in Japanese Language for both Spoken and Written
- Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office

- Has Good Negotiation Skills and Customer Service Oriented
- Capable of Identifying New Opportunities
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Able to work under pressure
- Good planning and organization skills and Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters
