Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial information for internal use
- Support budgeting and funding
- Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio
- Assume responsibility of accounting procedures
- Evaluate the company’s performance using key data
- Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making
- Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
- Advise on problems and suggest improvements
- Supervise lower-level personnel
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting
2. Age between 28-37 years old; preferably male
3. Understand Accounting Principles and Indonesia Audit Standard
4. Familiar and understand with Oracle platform
5. Have courage and able to negotiate with auditors, employees, and others
Desirable Experiences
- Holds total 8 years experience inclusive 2-4 years at same position in Japanese company/multinational company/public listed company/public accounting firms
- Have experienced as auditor for at least 2 years is a MUST
Desirable Character
Strong leadership profile, good interpersonal and communication skills
