Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Manage all purchasing related matters, from domestic and overseas supplier (raw material, sub-material)
a. Price negotiation, stable supply (including import and customs clearance), payment processing
b. Look for new supplier, search and develop substitution supplier and related matters
c. Get market price information (tendency) and information development
2. Manage procurement from subcontractor
a. Price negotiation, stable supply (including subcontractor business condition grasp), payment processing
b. Research for new supplier
3. Manage procurement of equipment, mold, jig, spareparts, etc.
a. Price negotiation, delivery date management (including supplier), payment processing
4. Create, implement, and manage procurement strategy
a. Design and manage supplier layout
b. Create and implement cost down plan and supplier cost
5. Create purchasing plan and division plan with Purchasing Manager
Requirements :
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in Purchasing or procurement in manufacturing company
2. Has experience to do purchasing related to chemical products and plastic/resin (automotive parts is OK, but not machine, related to steel)
3. Has experience to do purchasing, manage supplier related to automotive parts (preferable Japanese automotive company)
4. Has experience manage procurement, EX-IM, custom (not bonded zone) for raw material, sub material, sparepart, etc.
5. Has ability to negotiate logically with supplier
6. Able to maintain haughtiness attitude towards supplier, treat them as partner
7. Compliance, high moral awareness
8. Budget management, analytical experience
9. Able to educate and train subordinate
10. Excellent communication ability, can separate attitude between internal and external parties.
11. Obey rules, deadline, and other due-time and able to give instruction to subordinates
12. Able to create new system in order to solve problem, do not depend on existing rules, habbits, or system.
13. Willing to be located in main factory which is in Kawarang area
