Job Description

Position Name: Technical Service Manager - Printer Principle
Work Location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara
Reporting Line: Japanese Manager

[Job Description]
- Manage and execute the customer service strategy
- Provide high-quality technical services both for software and hardware to customers, partners dealer, and other engineers
- Provide support to customer by answering calls, replying to emails and on-site support with necessary, with a focus on high quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Analyze and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base article/known issues.
- Provide report to management after services
-  Provide product training to agents and customer base on schedule
-  Manage and making plan for technical support department
-  Communicate with Head Quarter in Japan
[Requirement]
- Male Minimum 36 years old
- Candidate at least a Bachelor Degree Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Technical Manager or Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Having experience in digital printing company will be advantage
- Preferably manager specialized in Engineering, Customer Service Head, Mechanical or equivalent
- Computer literate is must
- Japanese speaker with minimum JLPT N3 certificate
- Hardworking person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible
- Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized
- Willing travel all around Indonesia
- Willing to be placed all around Indonesia
[Desirable Requirement]
- Having experience in digital printing company will be advantage
