Job Description
*To manage general administration of the new gas plant project.
Especially, be responsible in the cost and expense management (accounting) to ensure smooth progress of the project.
・Handle Cost/expense management (Accounting, budget control)
- Manage the whole project costs including the expenses for the expatriates from Japan, assigned to this project.
・Handle procurement management to achieve the cost target of the project
・Act as a general administration manager of the project and execute whatever needed to proceed the project smoothly.
※Managing some subordinates as a teller if assigned.
・Japanese skill in business level
・Coordination skill: Able to proceed the project with multiple stake holders.
・Progress control skill to hit the project's budget and expense.
・Ability to use Microsoft Office. [word, excel, powerpointt]
・Able to work independently as an Accounting and cost control professional
・Can work in a team
・Strong inquiring mind for improving knowledge.
・Dedicating oneself, flexibly acting as many roles
