• Responsible in handling the Management of HR / GA Administration Such as: Inventory of Office Equipment, Management of Company Licensing
• Handling Employee Recruitment with having many mothed of hiring
• Creating Employee Monthly Attendance Report
• Also responsible to check and renew about company license.
[Requirement]
• Experienced As HRD & GA Minimum 5 Years
• Mastering the Manpower Act and Other Employment Regulations
• Fluent English Language (Oral And Writing)
• Mastering Licensing of Companies, Foreign Workers, and BPJS
• Familiar with Internal and External Audits. Cth: ISO, TAPA etc.
[Prefer Requirement]
• Preferably speaking Japanese
