<Responsibilities>
• Train personnel on how to implement VPS tools through concrete action on the shop floor
• Lead themselves 2 VPS workshops on a permanent basis. One of them is a pilot subject for the plant
• Systematically strives for improvement opportunities for the company
• Supports (method and results) workshop leaders in their work
• Participates to the Policy Deployment of the plant, making sure it integrates VPS objectives
• Participates to the design of the new processes and sign IARs
• Member of the Project Validation Committee and validates the full production day
• Organizes the weekly VPS Committee and write the minutes
• Evaluates the production system against V5000 to ensure progress action are coherent
• Communicates VPS standards and ensure they are respected
• Compile necessary reporting
<Requirements>
• Expert in Production System tools
• At least 5 years manufacture experience (process engineering, supervision, logistic, etc)

• Familiar with Japanese company culture
