Responsibility
・Correspondence and negotiating with Labor Union from company side.
・Managing all of Human Resources & General Affairs matter.
・Managing of HR System and Payroll,Compensation,Welfare & Benefit through HR/GA Manager
・Maintaining enough security guard and company car.
・Recruitment activity for hiring matching candidate truly.
・Developing employee education(Designing and expanding training and development programs based on organization needs)
Requirement
・Strong experience of labor union matter.
・Knowledge of HR management and labor law and following up latest labor law.
・Ability to manage and negotiate about labor dispute.
・Ability to speak business level English.
・Skills of mind control one's self.
・Knowledge about creating and modifying collective labor agreement.
・Gender : Any gender
・Age : 40 ~ 49
・HRGA manager or GM experience more than 5years in manufacturing company.

Mature and able to manager a big team, good leadership, good vision ahead
