Position Name: Accounting Manager - IT System Integrator Company

<Responsibilities>
• Ensure accurate and timely accounts closing (monthly, quartely, year-end)
• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations (accounts payable / receivable / cash receipts, general ledger, budget, forecasting, capital assets reconciliation etc)
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and record properly
• Timely and properly prepare and submit tax related matters to the relevant authorities
• Liaise with tax agents, auditors and corporate secretary
• Analyze the financial performance
<Requirements>
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance & accounting field
• Minimum 2 years in team management role
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Open minded and good communication skills
