Position Name: Human Resources Assistant Manager - Energy
Working Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat
Reporting Line: Local Manager

 Purpose of the Job
The candidate is expected to be responsible for Human Resource Function as follows;
1. Manage overall HR & Administration functions : Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
2. Assist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits and visa & work permit.
3. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
4. Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all employee issues.
5. Implement a new payroll software to replace the old manual system
 Job Description and Responsibility:
1) Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, training, etc
2) Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
3) Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
4) Proceed visa and work permit for expatriate
4) Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
5) Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints 
6) Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
7) Keeping employee’s attendance record accurately
8) Preparing monthly payroll to all staffs timely
9) Calculate and keep employee’s income tax record
10) Register new employee to BPJS and ensure payment of monthly contribution
11) Support company's global recruitment activity
12) Other job as requested by Manager and Director 
 Education background: Bachelor Degree Majoring in Human resources or Law
 Working experience: maximum 8 year in related field.
 Capabilities : 
• Have good understanding in the field of human resources, labor relation, development, employee benefit, and prevailing employment regulation.  
• Have experience in handling expatriates visa and work permit.
• Having a certified HR is advantageous.
