* Responsible to control and manage Planning and Service section
* Responsible to control and manager Recruitment and Training section
* Responsible to control and manage Industrial Relationship section
Requirement
* Minimum 10 year working experience in HR field, especially in Recruitment and People Development
* Familiar with Labour Law
* Has experience in handling labour union
* Willing to be placed in Karawang area
* Good commuication in english (oral & written)
