Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Being responsible for the achievement of Sales target, especially in MT (modern trade) market
2. Creating market analysis and identifying the sales prospects
3. Developing relationship with new client and maintaining the relationship with existing client, especially with their Buyer
4. Creating the concept for the monthly product promotion
5. Leading a team that consist of Key Account Manager all around Indonesia
Requirement
- Having at least 3 years working experience in FMCG company
- Having a deep understanding and large network towards Modern Trade (MT) market in Indonesia
- Having experience in leading a team
- Good command in English
Desirable Experience
- Have working experience in Japanese company
- Having experience in Personal Care or Baby product
Desirable Personality
- Creative, Innovative, Result oriented, Able to work under pressure
