Job Description
Supervise of structural design of construction work and construction work on site
・Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
・Oversee all operations and daily maintenance activities.
・Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
・Quotation confirmation from subcontract （quantity and unit price）
・Schedule management of construction, project, process etc.
・Go to the site four times a week when there are many for confirmation of progress
Requirement
・Necessary of enough experiences in construction site over 5 years
・Meets operational standards by contributing construction information
to strategic plans and reviews.
・Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
・Possess verbal communication skills in conversational level of English.
・ Be good at figures
・Possess of skill of CAD、SAP

・Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under all work conditions and perform appropriately.
