Responsibility
• Handle inventory management
• Management for delivery, sales ordering, customs clearing of trading.
[Sub]
• Maintain the relation and enlarge the sales amount of mainly existing clients（Local companies 30%, Japanese companies 70%), (Nationality of the client's PIC: 50% Indonesian, 50% Japanese)
• Accompany the Japanese expats and visitor and do the interpretation if needed. Asked to drive the company car in those cases.
• Sometimes need to help in the mechanical helps in client's factories
• After learning the products, individually do the sales activity
• Make a purchasing order
• As sales window
Requirement
- Has minimum 3 year experiences in the same position and industry
- An outgoing person who has potential to be sales
- Able to use Japanese in business (N3 level)
- Able to use written English in business email (reading and writing)
- Able to use oral English, at least in conversation level
- Driver license is necessary
- Knowledge about trading.
