Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Sales & Marketing for Agro-chemicals or Performance Chemicals Field
• Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number
• Achieving sales target
• Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients
• Compiling and analyzing all sales data
• Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order
• Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English
• Providing weekly sales report to Section Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry
• Min. 5 years experience, especially in Sales and Marketing of Chemicals Product Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
• Preferable age : 28 – 35 years old
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Must be able take pressure and multi-task with tight deadlines – Pleasant personalities and positive work attitudes
• Having SIM A Driving License
• Willing to travel domestic and abroad
Desirable Experience:
- Have experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company
Desirable Character:
- Strong personality, strong conceptual, good analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
