Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis, prepare and update job descriptions
- Prepare forecasts and assist in conducting manpower planning process to determine short and long term staffing needs
- Prepare and maintain employment records
- Consolidate manpower requirements in the form of a manpower plan, based on discussion and inputs from Department Managers regarding exits and promotions, then incorporate manpower requirement projections for annual manpower budget
Requirements:
- Age max. 27 years old
- Majoring in Industrial Engineering / Management
- Have experience or passion in HR matters, especially man power planning
- Fluent in using Microsoft excel
- Able to work in fast-pace, dynamic environment
- Communicative & able to adapt in various environment
- Fresh graduate or experienced are both welcome

- Graduated from reputable university/Academy*, min. GPA 3,0
