Position: General Affair Staff Japanese Speaker
Report to: Human Resource Manager (local)
Work Location: Delta Silicon, Cikarang
Responsibilities:
・Hotel booking and car for the person who need to do business trip or coming from Japan.
・Handle VISA matter for Japanese expats.
・Responsible for office stationary.
・Able to educate and assist local subordinate.
Requirement:
・3 years working experience as GA in Japanese company
・Conversational level Japanese communication skill.
・Able to handle various task at the same time.
・Able to groom people in order to optimize their development.
Desirable Experience:
・3 years working experience in Japanese automotive manufacture company.
Desirable Character:
・Resourceful, extrovert, energetic.
