Job Description
[Responsibility]
a. Handling out a series of sales tasks such as inquiry, quotation, purchase order, control order status, control shipment and delivery schedule.
b. Do sales profit and loss analysis
c. Payment collection (Account Receivable) to avoid overdue
d. Maintain close communication and relationship both of customer and supplier
e. Carry out other duties assigned by superior to support activities of the section.
f. Do the presentation about the product and make a deal wiht the potential client.
g.Responsible in handling the Techinician Administration matter with related department.
[Requirement]
a. Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales in Trading or Manufacturing Company
b. Understand and experience in Import activities flow (International Business)
c. Active in English is a must
d. Having strong working motivation
e. Has good communication skill
f. Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PPT)
[Desirable Requirement]
a. Working experience in automotive / machinery business will be advantage
b. Japanese will be advantage
c. Resident in Bekasi will be preferable
