Japanese Speaking Sales

A new property developer is looking for a Japanese Speaker Sales.

Job Description :
- Taking care of the guests for any inquiry in AXIA in Japanese.
- Go to sales call and develop new accounts. 
- Assist Email reply and Telephone in Japanese.
- Conduct Site inspection for new inquiry                                                                                                                                                                 - Prepare all the necessary documents for the contract in English and Bahasa.
- Follow up and maintain the relationship with customer

Requirement :
- Male, below 30 years old, willing to work in Cikarang area
- Be able to speak and communicate in Japanese fluently.
- Reading and Writing in Japanese is must. 
- Business level of English(preparing the contract and documents) 
- Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with hospitality mind.  
- Preferred experience in Sales and Marketing department and Real estate industry.
