Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Daily customer support regarding technical matters ・Identify spare part request and prepare the material identification list for the request for quotation ・Identify recommended spare parts for customer outages ・Onsite support for emergency work or during outage ・Maintain communication with HQ engineering team ・Support account managers for technical promotion ・Assist customers with outage scope of work development including ITIL / ECS recommendation ・Planning for outage work on technical portion ・Review technical specifications from customer request for quotations and assist with obtaining and reviewing vendor quotation ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering ・Conversational English proficiency suitable for office use ・6 years of experience in power plant in O&M company, experienced in the thermal/geothermal power plant with maintenance tasks ・Experienced in generator and auxiliary ・Strong electrical knowledge including line diagram & drawing ・Experienced in planning for spare part and outage work ・Willing to work at sites ・Experienced in facing the customers
