Job Description
- Coordinate material procurement activities and support the production control leader - Conduct on-site checks and communicate closely with the team leader to ensure smooth operations - Manage inventory within the manufacturing process, including stock control, purchasing, order management, and production planning - Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements - Work closely with the Production Control Department to align production plans - Formulate purchasing plans based on production needs and stock conditions - Adjust inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages or overstock - Act as a bridge between multiple departments and ensure smooth communication and workflow - Prepare daily reports for the Japanese headquarters and local production teams, identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement - Oversee schedule management and support overall coordination across teams - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have a bachelor's degree ・At least Business level Japanese (Communicate Japan HQ frequently) ・Have working experience in supply chain management or related field ・Willing to do multiple tasks ・Have strong communication skills ・Can take initiative rather than wait for instructions
