<Job Responsibilities> 1. Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions. 2. Manage daily operations of finance accounting tax department. 3. Planning, coordination and controlling cash management in order to ensure healthy financial condition. 4. Manage the preparations of all financial report. 5. Monitor and analyze monthly operating result vs budget. 6. Preparing quarterly and annual business plan. 7. Ensure the tax management to be well processed and to be comply to government rules. 8. Assist in establishing short and long term department goals, objective policies, and operating procedures. 9. Coordinate financial audit and provide recommendation for procedural improvements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university ・Business Level English proficiency ・Min. 3 years as Accounting & Tax Manager with 10 years of working experience in Accounting & Tax field ・Experienced in operating SAP B1, handling accounting audit with consultant, monthly, quarterly and year end closing ・Experienced in handling and improving Tax & Accounting's SOP and work flow ・Experienced in handling fixed asset management (IFRS16, including asset depreciation) , reporting to HQ ・Able to use MS Excel (VLookup, SUMIF, Pivot Table), ・Stable employment not a job hopper ・Personnel Competency: Leadership, Self starter & teamwork person, Able to work accurately and under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Certified Accountant ・Experienced in cashing, and negotiation with banks ・Experienced in tax filing (able to liaise with external consultant) ・Experienced in creating cash flow statement
