<Job Responsibilities>
• Providing project financing scheme specifically in Infrastructure sector in Energy and Power Plant sectors
• Providing financing structure that will suitable for the nature of client’s project by conducting an end to end due diligence process including financial, transaction scheme, project feasibility, and social
and environment aspect.
• Presenting financing proposal to committee members to obtain an approval for the proposed of financing structure.
• Develop and sensitizing financial model based on several scenarios that have been matched with the
proposed financing structure.
• Maintaining existing account such as loan monitoring (repayment schedule and covenants
monitoring) and daily transactions.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male, around 35 - 42
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree
・Have a minimum of 8 years experiences in related field and at least 5 years as an Assistant Manager or Manager in related field
・Have experiences in handling transactions, networking, deal sourcing and client relationship
・Have excellent due diligence, valuation and financial modelling skills
・Proactive approach and have ability to contribute to a small, well-motivated team
・Business English level for both verbal and writing
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting
