Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Representing the group in managing all of the HRGA related function in Indonesia

<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle all of HRGA operations in Indonesia
- Handle to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits, etc.
-  Provide expert guidance on people issues and initiatives
- Create HR SOPs and be a gatekeeper for HR policies, including developing an Employee Handbook from scratch
- Enhance employee engagement and shape a positive employee experience
- Business trip to other branch as needed
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Business English (fluency in reporting, business conversation, and day to day basis communication with foreigners)
・Min. 5 years as HRGA Manager handling all operations in MNC company, including in Property industry (real estate, mall/apt etc.)
・Hands on experience in handling Payroll
・Proficiency in MS Office and computer savvy
・Willing to do business trips
・Responsible, active, smart, high motivation, great work ethics and good leadership skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Mandarin
