Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage end-to-end import process including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with Indonesian import regulations - Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance and proper HS code classification - Maintain import licenses and permits (API, NIB) and liaise with overseas suppliers on shipping schedules - Monitor and control raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels - Conduct regular stock opname, reconcile physical vs. system inventory, and manage slow-moving or aging materials - Develop production schedules aligned with sales forecast and calculate material requirements (MRP) accordingly - Coordinate with production and QC teams to monitor progress and minimize downtime or material shortages - Execute purchasing of raw materials and packaging, issue POs, and follow up on supplier deliveries - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery compliance - Coordinate outbound delivery to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) fulfillment to customers and distributors - Manage delivery documentation (DO, POD) and resolve delivery discrepancies with logistics vendors - Other responsibilites as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Min. Diploma III in Supply Chain Management or related major - Business English proficiency - Min. 3 years of working experience as a Supply Chain Management Supervisor within the food manufacturing industry - Hands-on experience in import procedures, supported by solid skills in inventory management, production planning, procurement & ordering, and delivery management.- Able to work under pressure - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills
