Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Initiate localized sales and marketing activities to increase the sales performance. - Offer variable support to help the development of distributors numbers and performance. - Prepare monthly and annual sales analysis reports. Offer findings and solutions to headquarters. - Support Marcom to search local marketing and media resources in project bases. - Support Training for better participation and to propose regional training classes required by distributors. - Support Legal in issues related to Direct Selling Association and Company’s MLM licenses. - Planning, support, coordination and execution of company events for distributors if any. - Communication with distributors, understand their needs and assist accordingly. - Participate in related tasks assigned by headquarters and supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・4 years of experience as Sales Admin / Sales Support ・Business English proficiency. ・Willing to visit Distributor and clients <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Business Chinese proficiency.
