<Number of employees : Total : 30 Local : 25 Japanese : TBA > <Report Line : Sales Manager > <Team Member: TBA persons> <Number of Subordinates: TBA persons > <Products: Real Estate Developer > <Clients: TBC > <Saturday Working: If needed > <Job Responsibilities> ・Able to make sales and get customers through social media, posts, existing customers, referrals, and others. ・Able to provide the best service for customers who come to the project. ・Able to speak in public while doing Open Table and Webinars. ・Willing to serve customers from the head office. ・Able to manage and collecton data sales staff. ・Able to manage and maintain facilities on the project.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree from university. ・At least 5 years’ experience in real estate especially for housing property. ・Having experience in marketing on social media is mandatory. ・Having experience in management sales staff will be preferred. ・Domiciled around Cikarang - Bekasi, with a trip to the office no more than 1 hour.
