<Job Responsibilities> ・Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy ・Coordinates the operations, ensure schedules and objective are met ・Supervise and motivate staff ・Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources ・Communicate with clients (Distributor and customer) also evaluate their need and specification ・Create reports, analyze and interpret data ・Drive recruitment process, training and development ・Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field ・Proven experience as Assistant Manager or similar position ・Experiences with Modern trade, more preferred FMCG (Food and Beverages) ・Knowing of data analysis ・Energetic and creative ・Proficient user of MS Office ・Good leadership and organizational abilities ・Having good analytical mind and math skill ・Having good interpersonal and communication skill
