Job Description
- Maintain relationships with customers (Japanese companies) *Primarily focus on sales for existing customers, with plans to handle new development sales for local clients in the future - Represent the company by delivering presentations to clients for tender or proposal explanations - Create comprehensive proposals for interior design, layout, IT, and work styles, including furniture, for customers - Communicate with internal local staff (design team) and vendors - After receiving an order, the plan will be handed over to Project Management, which will take over the site *Responsibilities will be shared depending on the situation, with the supervisor managing the site during delivery - Fit-out management: Oversee site progress *Once familiar with general sales operations, there may be opportunities to handle corporate planning and online business initiatives - Business trips to attend international exhibitions overseas - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - Business level English - Min. 3 years of B2B Corporate Sales experience in Interior Design, Interior Materials, Construction, M&E / IT, or Real Estate - Knowledge of Interior Construction / Fit-Out Work for Office and Residential Projects - Abel to read construction drawings / layouts
