<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Administration Division
<Job Responsibilities>
- Follow up sales order, delivery, invoice
- Monitor credit and payment to suppliers and customers for export, import and domestic transaction
- Check data accuracy in order and invoices
- Provide and update sales and customer records
- Assist sales in international trade delivery and documentation
- Develop monthly sales report
- Check production and shipping date and communicate with supplier
- General affairs matters
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Sales Admin in Trading company handling export & import
・High proficiency in MS Office
・Detail oriented, good team player, able to work with deadlines
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to operate SAP
・Working experience in Japanese company
