Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Assisting Sales Team in monitoring process of receiving and incoming order. <Job Responsibilities> - To manage for planning / supporting for parts marketing strategy to the distributor. - Monitoring / investigating for parts sales, cost, and profit. - To manage for monitoring / investigating for parts inventory as safety stock program. - Administering / monitoring the process of receiving and incoming order; spare parts request from distributor, order process to Factory / Vendors, release PO to Factory / Vendors. - Monitoring spare parts delivery, from Order taking, pre-shipment until delivery to warehouse / distributor. - Monitoring and tracking of order and shipment and communicate with logistic section relating to import clearance. - Direct involvement in on the spot monitoring and annual inventory audit. - Other duties assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum Diploma's degree from any major. ・5 years of experience in marketing for parts sales in the field from Heavy Machinery industry. ・Understand parts sales flow. (receive order, purchasing, ordering) ・Experienced in inventory & warehousing. ・Understand export and import. ・Willing to travel to monitor company's warehouse. ・Business English proficiency. ・Car license (SIM A) ・Microsoft Office literate.
