<Job Responsibilities> ・Develop new product and renewal existing product, and develop packaging ・Make SOP of all process to make the product ・Make the standard formulation for all product ・Do trial related to product development ・Do the scale-up production before execute on first production for new products ・Monitor the first production day for new product ・Searching new supplier for alternative RM/Packaging and new RM/Packaging ・Cooperate with Marketing for conducting consumers result ・Make costing for new product ・Request to obey the instruction by senior-job title at the first priority
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Having Bachelor degree in Food technology. ・Maximum age 35 years old. ・Having at least 3 years as R&D Supervisor FMCG Industry. ・Have a conversational level in English, both oral and written. ・Having good analysis,critical thinking and initiative ・Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person and good at time management.
