Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support QS function <Job Responsibilities> - Estimate and analyze the project, control its costs, especially for additional specifications - Cost planning and cost benefit analysis. - Write reports and prepare documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.) especially for additional specifications of the project (including "variations of order" and "extension of the construction term of the project") - Support Claim Section to make Claim Letters to the purchasers of the project and negotiate with them to get the additional contract price. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ・Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 1 year of experience in QS function in Construction HO ・Experienced in handling RAB and read drawings ・Hard working, attention to detail, smart, honest, responsible, good communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company
