Job Description
-Manage project accounting & finance team, oversee day to day project companies’ accounting and finance function.
-Ensure timely and accurate analysis of project companies’ financial reporting, budgets and forecasts.
-Review and improve project companies’ accounting procedures to ensure all transactions comply with Indonesia regulations and align with company and JV companies’ code of conduct.
-Reviewing and advising on risk and compliance matters.
-Handle project companies’ tax matters and provide necessary advice to management with regards the tax related issues.
-Project companies’ financial strategies planning including but not limited to liquid assets placement, equity injection etc.
-Key person to liaise with financial institutions/consultants for project financing matters.
-Propose effective suggestions/solutions to the project directors with a concise summary for any matters related to finance, accounting and tax.
-Liaise with the Auditor to prepare the audited financial report
-Other duties as assigned by the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or related field, with professional qualification such as CPA preferred
-Minimum 10 years of relevant project accounting, tax and finance management working experience, at least 5 years in real estate industry is required.
-Good understanding of Indonesian tax requirements.
-Able to lead the team and also work independently and willing to be hands on at handling complex and ambiguous situations.
-Business level English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
-Knowledge of Accounting (software) will be an advantage.
