<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing the production department
・Manage and control production process and schedule
・Manage production division activities and strategize for improvement
・Oversee production process
・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Supervisor in the Production process, especially in the food or seasoning industry (noodle products are not welcome)
・Good understanding in packing, and production scheduling
・Good leadership and communication
・Good health
・Willing to work in shifts
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Certifications in halal
・Working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies
