Job Description
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with corporate goals. - Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, from planning and sourcing to negotiation, contracting, and supplier evaluation. - Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers to maintain a sustainable and competitive supply base. -Lead contract and price negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and favorable terms. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations. - Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support strategic decision-making. - Implement supplier development initiatives to enhance quality, reliability, and cost performance. - Manage procurement budgets and monitor cost-saving achievements. - Utilize procurement systems and analytics to improve efficiency and transparency. - Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university ・Business level of English ・3–5 years of end-to-end procurement experience in manufacturing or chemical industries, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost optimization. ・In-depth knowledge of material markets relevant to chemicals and lubricants (base oils, additives, packaging), as well as import/export regulations and sustainable procurement practices. ・Demonstrated ability to build long-term supplier partnerships, manage international sourcing, and lead small to medium-sized teams effectively. ・Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
