Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Liaise with other departments regarding their requirements and work within their available budgets to source materials/services appropriate to their needs ・Plans production schedules and control manufacturing activities through capacity planning; ・Do costing of new and existing items ・Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure that jobs are being produced according to schedule ・Manage all PPIC Staff who will ensure that the schedule made will be followed by the production team ・Evaluate data from the Production and Sales Ledger to ensure that planned output was achieved. For deviations from plan, must be able to create a new plan to satisfy sales requirements ・Ensure proper allocation of raw materials and consumable items ・Manage the Raw Material and Finished Goods warehouses in assigned location ・ Inventory control, monitoring stock, and supply ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgy Engineering ・Business English proficiency (efficient in communicating with expat via email or orally) ・Minimum 8 years of proven experiences in field of PPIC as with 1 year as Manager PPIC and minimum 5 years experiences in Manufacturing Industry, assembling factory, or agriculture workshop ・Have strong understanding in Production System, Strategic Planning, Inventory management and Exim ・Proficient in MS Office ・Hard working, smart, good personality, good work ethics, good communication, good leadership skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company
