<Job Responsibilities>
♦Make and implement long-term, mid-term, and short-term production plan
based on sales forecast
♦ Make monthly, weekly and daily work schedule of each production process
♦ Make and give production order to each production process
♦ Measure actual production results (quantity, speed, man hours, quality, etc) and make next planning based on the results
♦ Do material resource planning of raw materials
♦ Do inventory control of raw materials at the optimal inventory level
♦ Closely communicate and cooperate with other departments and the
management to effectively implement the jobs mentioned above.
♦Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・PPIC manager / assist manager experience in same industry *more than 3 years
・More than conversational level English
・Leadership and team work
・Logical thinking.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to join immediately
