<Position Objective/Expectation > - as a PIC who will be IN charged in data management of sales, purchasing and supporting Japanese sales team <Job Responsibilities> - Data management / spreadsheet. Prepare various summary reports. - Responsible for Data management Input. - Responsible for data controlling and calculation to support data management by checking the documents related to business process (data Sorting). - Responsible in purchasing / outsourcing management (development, delivery date management, quality check, business trip contact / instruction) - IN charge in assisting Japanese team for attending the meetings - Another tasks for Team support
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Have interest and ability in data process ・Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences in trading company / distributor and/ warehouse ・Have experience in handling subordinates ・good understanding in bonded zone is preferred ・Business Level Japanese ・Wiling to work in East Java
