Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support & Manage the marketing dept.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
- Implement end to end marketing strategy 
- In charge of new product development projects and collaborating with all departments related
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract new consumers and retain
existing ones
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including sales, production, R&D, F&A,
SCM and other stakeholders
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results
of campaigns
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring all subordinates meet deadlines and complete necessary
tasks
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to
improve brand marketing and exposure
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 7 years as Marketing in the FMCG industry handling F&B product, with min. 3.5 years as Marketing or Brand Manager 
・Willing to travel frequently (for market research)
・Good budget management
・Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
・Excellent communication skills, creative, innovative, smart and proactive

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Master's degree
・Own a Car
・Working exp in Japanese company
