Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor, review, update maintenance procedures and ensure TPM implementation.
- Solve maintenance issues in case of machine breakdown
- Observe machine to detect potential failures
- Follow up the mechanical activities to ensure conformity with technical and contractual specification and technical documentation.
- Ensure the mechanical equipment, technical specification, data sheet, and consistent with all project requirement.
- Budgeting and controlling the consumption and availability of spare parts for the equipment .
- Schedule and perform routine preventative/emergency maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Supervise and assist with repairs, maintenance and modifications to infrastructure and support equipment (HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Electrical systems)
- Construct, evaluate and report out maintenance and engineering results for the facility
- Trains and assists subordinate (staff/operator) in proper procedures, methods and practices to be followed in each respective duty including comply with SOP.
- Providing continual improvement process and advice on engineering methods and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.
- 5 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor in Japanese Manufacturing.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Familiar with industrial machineries and utility equipment such as chiller, compressor, AHU/FCU, cooling tower.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical system
- Familiar with TPM, lean manufacturing, etc
- Good Integrity, have strong leadership, and problem solving.
- Proficient with Engineering tools and software.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced in plastic coloring and compounding industry
