Job Description
- Make a circular in lieu of general meeting of shareholders and other documents related to corporate matters - Support the work of Japanese advisors and managers regarding legal regulations, data collection/documents, etc - Set schedule for expatriate Visa processing for clients and within the company - Regulate data/documents legality and financial legal division - Become an intermediary between local staff of other companies, notaries, and parts of other institutions
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree's from Law major ・Has at least 1 year experience as Legal ・Have excellent Japanese Language skills (N2) at business level ・Conversational level in English ・Have knowledge about legal regulations, Visa, etc. ・Able to work under deadline and result oriented ・Has strong analytical thinking skills and good dedication
